Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting for an experienced Caretakers Assistant for a Permanent role.
As a caretakers assistant you will be working closely to the estates team carrying out caretaker duties such as:
- Complying to Heath and Safety policies
- Help provide a safe and secure environment for all staff on the premises at all times
- Maintain the building to an exceptional standard, carrying out building maintenance internally and externally, including in an emergency
- Provide Janitorial duties such as looking after the on-site facilities
- Managing the Recycling and waste on site
- Helping out with new projects within the building and keeping up operational tasks
- Help drive and maintain the on site vehicles
- Must be able to be able for call outs in emergencies
Would suit someone from a vocational background. Candidates must be willing to have a DBS check.
