Our client requires part time staff to answer call to the NHS 111 dental service, you will undertake an assessment of the health and clinical needs of the patient. You will then advice them on the correct cause of action which maybe where their nearest dentist is or walk-in centre.
You will be able to work effectively as a team member, supporting and communicating with other professional colleagues and clinicians. You will provide a professional, courteous and efficient telephone service consistent with organisational standards for patients seeking assistance from the service, managing calls in a professional and reassuring manner at all times. You will be a effective listener.
You will require a good standard of education GCSE Grade C and above including English or relevant call centre experience, experience of working with the general public, face to face or telephone enquiries. You will have excellent keyboard skills be able to work as part of a team and remain calm and professional under pressure with a flexible approach to work.
Working Saturday and Sunday either 8am to 4pm or 4pm to midnight.
