Meridian Health are currently recruiting for call handlers with excellent communication skills, to take calls from patients, GP's, and other Health Care professionals.
The position is based within the patient transport department, and you will be involved in the assessing whether or not patients are eligible for patient transport. Candidates must be able to deal with patients sensitively and be able to handle with potential conflict.
the hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8-4pm.
Full training will be given.
This position may be temp to perm for the right candidate.
