Meridian Business Support are currently looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors who have a passion for Customer Service and sales, the successful candidate will work for a well known reputable company based in the heart of Cardiff City Centre.
This is exciting position you will be dealing directly with existing customers via inbound calls, you will need to have confidence in engaging with customers who are looking to get more from their current service.

To join an already excellence Sales through Service Team.
You will need to be available for 7 weeks training through mixture of outstanding classroom and 'on the job' training.
The Customer Service Agent will need to be fully flexible between 7am - 11pm seven days a week.
This is a full-time position, you will work five days out of the seven.
Suitable candidates MUST be able to pass a CRB and Credit Check.
