A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service and has strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for leading and managing the customer experience for a luxury white goods customer, managing the customer's experience from the point of order through to delivery. This will include customer liaison and engagement with drivers, office staff across 2 locations.
Employee development and customer engagement is paramount in this role. Our client is aiming to be the most professional White goods delivery service in the marketplace, and this position will support their transition from good to great.
Our client is looking for a confident decision maker, with strong management ability and a proven history of managing employee and customer relations, ideally within a retail environment. This role would suit an individual who is keen to further their career within a national and highly successful business.
This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday, although flexibility with hours will be required.
