We are excited to be seeking a new Account/Business Development Manger to work on growing our business and promotional and incentive schemes throughout UK and Ireland to be based in our Kent office. We require you to be experienced in high net worth Account Management and ideally if you come from the electronics sector, this would be an advantage. However, your overall work experience needs 5 years of sales within B2B or B2C.
With an energetic and gregarious persona, you will use your experience to communicate effectively with customers both internally and externally, relaying the most up to date incentives on offer. Consistently seeking growth opportunity you will build a network of partners in business. Your role will focus on corporate business sales, account managing of key product partners whilst you support and contribute to achieving set targets within the European team.
You will develop, plan and roll-out promotional and incentive business whilst mindfully driving and growing sales. As a standalone function although part of a European team you need to be a self starter, a natural opportunist with aspiration to climb the career ladder within business development. You need to be flexible as you will be in the office 2 days a week and then spend the rest of your working week out on the road, meeting customers and partners; understanding and identifying any opportunities for additional profitability.
We would like you to be skilled in relationship building and account management, business statistics and analysis of figures, exceptional negotiation and closing ability. In return we are offering £35-42k a great flexible benefits package and 20% bonus.
