Recruitment Branch Manager - Newcastle
The Package: Basic salary in the region of 32K plus Car Allowance + OTE depending on track record and ability. Meridian Business Support are offering an attractive position to work on a flexible basis depending on workload, typically between 8am-6pm.
Working within a fast paced sales environment, you will be responsible for managing the staff across the non clinical healthcare sector. You will be responsible for developing new business and working closely with your team to ensure the right support is provided to increase branch profits and meet sales targets. To succeed you'll need to have a natural sales ability, be hardworking, enthusiastic and have drive, initiative and ambition to succeed.
Ideal candidates will come from an Healthcare/Industrial/Commercial recruitment background with excellent communication skills and strong entrepreneurial tendencies.
An aptitude for building long term supplier relationships is essential as is a target driven approach.
