The Bid Co-ordinator will be responsible for the management and distribution of client correspondence, management of web portal information, submission of price tenders, communication of tender outcomes and the general administration of the bid process.
As the main point of contact for clients the Bid Co-ordinator is also responsible for ensuring timely and effective communication of information between clients and key stakeholders, including distribution of tender documents, pre and post tender clarifications and submission of response.
The main duties will include:
- Communication of all notifications and distribution of weekly reports
- Management of price only tenders, including distribution of documentation
- Manage effective stage communication between company and client
- Provide general assistance and support to the Bid manager and client services department
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and organisation skills. The Bid Co-ordinator will also ideally have a very good IT background and experience in Bid Co-ordination.
