We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Payroll professional for a company based near Taunton. This is an exciting opportunity and will involve taking the lead in managing payroll for 250+ employees and also managing employee benefits, including creating new benefit opportunities. It will also involve ensuring pensions are processed in line with regulatory and private schemes.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience and a proven track record of using SAGE50 payroll systems. You must have a extensive knowledge of payroll legislation and proven knowledge of payroll and benefits. You will be responsible for processing P11D's and P60's and also filing and paying HRMC returns under real time information. A key part of this role will be the roll out of Auto enrolment and private pensions.
You must have great computer skills, and experience of using Access would be beneficial. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a friendly, open and professional approach when dealing with internal and external parties.
