Meridian Business Support are currently looking for experienced Automotive Administrators to work with our client - a worldwide automotive company - in the Portbury area of Bristol
Working for a global automotive logistics company in their PDI, (Pre Delivery Inspection,) administration team. You will be dealing with customers both over the phone and via email; this role will involve a lot of customer service and co-ordination as well as administration.
Your main duties will include, but will not be limited to, liaising with customers and colleagues on a daily basis to resolve problems that may arise within the working day. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service skills as well as excellent administration skills.
- Previous experience of working within Automotive Administration.
- Have an excellent telephone manner.
- Be IT proficient and have experience of working with Microsoft software packages.
- Hardworking and committed with a positive work ethic
