Meridian Business Support is actively recruiting for an Assistant Estates Manager for a renowned Property Management company based in Swansea. This position will provide a challenging but rewarding experience with a rare opportunity to develop skills, take on responsibilities and the prospect of further promotion in the long term.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a small team within a busy office which is headed by three experienced Directors. Due to the nature and extent of the company, this will mean that that staff essentially need to work well together and be flexible in their duties. Reporting to the current Estates Manager, the successful candidate will be shadowing and absorbing the skills and multitasking required within this role and must be enthusiastic, motivated, methodical coupled with the ability to absorb information and tasks to be successful. You will also be expected to work closely with the company's in-house Accountant to assist with invoices etc but will not be required to have accountancy based experience.
Within this role, you will be expected to liaise with a contractors, landscapers, skilled tradesmen as well as tenants and landowners therefore no two calls are he same. The ability to diverse between enquiries will be required.
