The role is to prepare and cook a range of dishes. You will be working with fresh food and supporting the head chef in all aspects of running the kitchens. You will have responsibility to maintain a clean, hygienic and well organised working environment in the kitchen. You will have good communication skills be able to work as a team. Ideally a NVQ 2 and basic food and hygiene certificate. Working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday starting at 7am
