As a leading supplier of catering and janitorial disposable products established in 1975, we are well known on the high street with independent retailers, wholesalers and the cash and carry sector. We have an enviable reputation for quality service and value in a very price sensitive marketplace.
Following a recent business acquisition we are looking to expand on our professional sales force and are looking for an energetic and hardworking sales professional to join us. You will help us manage our successful growth, by working with and developing our existing account base by introducing products to wholesale and retail outlets, from our newly enhanced range and also by prospecting and opening new accounts. We need you to be new business focused as well as a great account manager to nurture long term partnerships in business.
We would like you to demonstrate on interview, your sales success and commercial focus; as well as your ability to hit targets and develop key relationships in a tough market. If you come from either FMCG or the catering/janitorial or retail wholesale world as a sector, this would be an advantage. You will be flexible in your approach to work and be able to manage several tasks and priorities at the same time in a fast moving and exciting market. You will spend a significant amount of time calling on your existing and new customers so must be a well organised and focussed sales person.
Our ideal candidate will reside in or around the M4 corridor (ideally Reading/Slough) as you will manage an area from South Wales including East to West London down to the South Coast. You will be rewarded with a competitive package including a basic salary of £27k per year, a competitive commission scheme, flexible benefits and a company car.
