Job Title: After sales Support Administrator
Salary: £18,000 to £20,000
Hours : Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00
Holiday Entitlement: 22 days plus bank holidays
Start Date: Immediate. This is a permanent and full time position.
Meridian recruitment is looking for an after sales support administrator to join an existing team in Peterborough. The successful candidate will be able to understand the sales process from start to finish in an industrial environment. This candidate will ideally have a proven customer service and administration history with an understanding of engineering - Electrical, mechanical and hydraulics.
The role will involve taking incoming calls from clients and identifying their need. This will be followed by dispatching an engineer out to investigate the query.
