Our client is looking for a member of staff for their operations team.
This role is very varied and is integral to maintaining customers SLA and agreed response times
Duties can include: Provide regular updates to external customers on the progress of faults Management of external contractors, coordinator repairs etc Planning, co-ordination and implementation of fault repairs Controlling and directing the engineers and spares deliveries. Co- coordinating any planned Engineering Works
This role is working shifts over 7 days and there is a rota.
