Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting for an Administrator / Secretary candidate to provide a high level of support to different teams within the company.
- To receive telephone calls and take messages, forwarding all messages to the appropriate member of staff.
- To meet and greet all visitors on arrival and ensure they are dealt with in a professional manner.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Organise meetings and prepare agendas.
- Taking minutes.
- Organise travel arrangements.
- Diary Management.
Must be experienced in either secretarial or administrative.
Hours of work, full-time, 36.25.
