Administrator / Property Maintenance Advisor
£9.30 - £10.12 per hour
Stoke on Trent, ST4
The Administrator / Property Maintenance Advisor will be responsible for logging, ordering and chasing maintenance and repairs, often dealing with elderly and vulnerable people.
The administrator will also be involved in the progression of larger maintenance cases, such as collecting information and quotes.
The main responsibilities of this role will be:
- Incoming and outgoing calls
- Logging jobs and ordering repairs
- Chasing outstanding work
- Updating job status
- Negotiating with customers and clients
- Collecting quotes and information for specific work orders
- Supporting the administration team
- General office duties: scanning, filing and copying
The ideal candidate for this position will be very organised, have an excellent telephone manor and good customer service skills. The Administrator / Property Maintenance Advisor will need to have strong IT skills and experience with property maintenance would be desirable.
