A methodical, organised and enthusiastic administrator is required to support the Office Manager of this successful consultancy business based just outside of Witney.
This is a busy administrative role supporting a team of scientists and engineers and your key duties will include; logging client data onto a bespoke database, organising daily courier collections and deliveries, scanning documents as well as being the first point of contact for customers by phone and greeting any visitors to the office. My client is looking for a positive individual with good IT skills, has a flexible and "can do" approach to their workload and can work unsupervised. A good sense of humour would also help!
