Are you a hardworking Administrator with strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work under pressure?
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to support a property management team at a friendly, successful company in Croydon.
You will be responsible for providing a strong administrative support service, and so you must possesses strong literacy and numeracy skills, a high attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. Duties will include:
- First point of contact for customers and contractors
- Dealing with low level management and repairs enquiries
- Maintain and update the databases and systems, providing reports when needed
- Process property related invoices through to payment stage
- Oversee repairs activity, and request quotes as required
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Raise new repair works orders
