Duties as required:
- Responsible for tracking project dates and monitoring deadlines
- Produce regular and timely reports
- Coordinates all tasks related to budgeting, revenue, invoicing and purchase orders
- Assists with administrative preparation for various meetings
- Communicate all issues in a timely fashion
