Construction Administrator - Permanent Job
£23000 plus per year plus 29 days holiday inc bank holidays
A busy varied job role for a prominent business in Herefordshire, this role is supporting the construction and service company where you will be the organising work schedules and engineers whilst able to remain structured in your day to day work duties outside peak times.
You will be relied on by both colleagues and customers to deliver through a methodical approach to your daily work implementing a range of duties from the arrangement of annual servicing, call outs, site work and project work.
Work takes places predominately in the geographical region of Herefordshire and its surrounding area and so a good understanding of the road network is essential.
Managing Engineering diaries, you will be advising and quoting customers able to manage a busy work flow at peak times in the morning and at certain times of the year.
- Purchase Orders creation & pricing
- Allocation & Scheduling
- Registration of warranties
- Quotation preparation
- Time sheet
- Rota/Road Mapping
Good use of standard IT packages to include spreadsheet *excel use where you are able to detail its daily application, there will be training available for their own IT construction package.
