We are recruiting for a Resource Coordinator/ Reports Administrator to work for an innovative organisation based in Milton Keynes. Salary £20-22k plus benefits including free parking, working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.
As Resource Coordinator/ Reports Administrator you will be responsible for organising and prioritising workloads for field based implementation teams. You will be the single point of contact between field and office based teams carrying out route planning when required.
You will provide daily, weekly, monthly scheduled reports for customers and couriers and identify any issues that arise. Your advanced knowledge of Excel will enable you to make an immediate impact in this role, setting up Macros, manipulating data, and using formulas as well as databases to create these reports and extract information.
You will have at least 1 year's experience in a similar role, with advanced Excel skills (essentially Macros, Pivot Tables and Formulas), with a high level of data entry skills and excellent attention to detail. Good geographical awareness is important in this role. It is essential that you can demonstrate initiative in this role, with a self motivated approach to your role.
