We require an experienced Administrator to work within a small friendly office for 6 days (Monday 26th Sept to and including Monday 3rd October) to cover for staff holidays.
You will have experience of answering phones and dealing with enquiries in a polite and professional manner, have good / accurate keyboard skills as well as general office duties such as filing.
Ideally you will have experience of using Sage software but this is not essential as you will purely be entering basic accounts information onto the database.
We are looking for someone who can work under their own initiative to a high standard and have the confidence and common sense to deal with queries. You will have excellent communication skills and work as part of a busy team.
Hours of work: 9.30am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday with 1/2 hour for lunch
