We are currently looking to employ Administrator's to work in Hereford on a temporary basis with some of our leading clients.
Your rate of pay will be between £7.50 - £8 an hour but this can be negotiable.
Some of your duties could include;
- Answering telephones
- Relaying correct information
- Passing messages on for colleagues
- Providing correspondence to customers to resolve simple enquiries and hand complex queries over to the appropriate team member
- Ensuring all work is completed at a high standard
- Meeting relevant deadlines
- Support the team with their day to day tasks
- Raise purchase order numbers and invoices if required
- Educated to GCSE level
- Previous administrator experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines
- Experience of working under pressure
