Duties and responsibilities:
- Inputting information into the database
- Contacting customers and suppliers via telephone
- Dealing with payments and invoices
- General administration support for the team
- Experience of working within a varied administration role
- Proficient with Microsoft packages including Excel
- Must have excellent organisational skills
- must have a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
