We are looking for an Administrator to start on an ongoing temporary assignment, based in Yeovil.
Your role will involve various Administrative duties, to include
- Updating the in-house system
- Dealing with internal departments
- Compiling correspondence
- Answering the telephone
- Dealing with any enquiries
You will be required to work a 37 hour week between Monday - Friday
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good administration experience
- Experience of entering data onto a system
- Experience of using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good attention to detail
- A good telephone manner
Please note training will be given for the in-house system.
