Our client, a well-established company based in Cardiff, are currently looking for an Administrator (with receptionist duties) to join their busy team.
This is an on-going, full time contract.
Duties will include;
Greeting visitors in a timely manner and ensuring all visitors sign in and out, along with answering and directing all calls coming in to the office and all routine correspondence receives a reply in a timely manner. This may include the composition of correspondence. Preparing documents as and when required. Ensure mail is franked and ready for collection. Data input andaccurate storage of information by entering data into the company data base as required and ensuring that paper documentation is filed. Assist Accounts staff with their duties including sorting invoices .Ensure that diary commitments are recorded accurately and to prepare travel arrangements and itineraries from time to time, as required and maintaining the staff training records.
Days of work; Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (with an early Friday finish)
Rates of pay; £7.50 p/hr.
