Our client, based in Flaxby, Knaresborough, has an exciting new opportunity for the right Administrator. Joining now, at the beginning of a huge innovative project, there is a strong possibility of permanent work and long-term career progression.
The right person will be extremely proficient in Microsoft Office and have a good basic knowledge of all areas of Administration, but also be willing to learn new skills and adapt as the venture grows.
Based in the main office, at Front of House, the successful candidate will be at the centre of all aspects of the day to day running of the business, from meeting visitors and checking all goods in, to managing all invoicing and workers time-sheets, together with everything in between. The Company plans to re-brand and the Administrator will be expected to take a key role in ensuring this is done efficiently.
In addition to excellent inter-personal and Microsoft Office skills, the right candidate will have a flexible and calm approach to deal with a wide variety of tasks and be able to maintain a professional and positive demeanour.
