A well organised and highly efficient Administrator is required to support the Contracts Manager with the day to day running of this busy office. Working as part of a small team of 3, you will be responsible for processing client requests for work and allocating jobs to engineers. You will have good communication skills and be able to liaise confidently with sub contractors, engineers and clients. You will need to administer paperwork and ensure the database is updated to meet agreed deadlines and targets. You will have proven administration background, be conversant with MS Office and preferably have experience scheduling appointments for teams of people.
This position is located approximately 4 miles outside of Abingdon, so your own transport is required. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm.
