Our client is a Global Architect & Design Firm who is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant for their West London offices you will be performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the Administrative Assistant you will be reporting into the Office Manager and providing administrative support and carrying out general reception duties.
Administrative Assistant responsibilities include providing general administrative support to the busy project teams, assisting with reception duties, monitoring office supplies and processing orders, booking travel arrangements, organising meetings and liaising with clients, contractors.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Ultimately, a successful Administrative Assistant should have experience in a similar role and have excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
