Our client is a worldwide Civil Engineering company who now have a need for an Administrative Assistant to join their engineering services business who are based in Woking.
This role is to provide support for Pre-Construction Director and Estimating department and you will also be working alongside the Business Change Manager.
This will suit a flexible individual with the right attitude to want to succeed in this commercial demanding environment as one minute you could find yourself managing the senior team diaries, preparing information for board papers, uploading estimating information, booking travel, preparing weekly reports or supporting/organising internal/external business events.
So therefore our client is looking for the following skills & knowledge:
- Excellent administrative/project/secretarial skills
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and of course the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to relate to all levels of the business
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
