Administration Team Leader - Leading International Logistics Company
Due to continued expansion at their Portbury site, we're looking for a switched on, customer focused administration manager to join a friendly team in new, modern facilities.
Managing a small team of customer service administrators, you will be overseeing the daily workload of your team. This includes working to internal service level targets, liaising directly with external customers, managing team performance, general reporting, various senior administrative tasks and acting as an escalation point.
Ideally you will have some experience within the logistics, transport, freight, distribution, supply chain or automotive industries.
You will be an excellent communicator, very well organised and preferably have experience managing or supervising a team of administrator or customer service operators in a busy environment.
This is an ongoing, long term position within a growing business with lots of opportunities for progression.
Due to the location of this business own transport is essential.
