My clients in Frome are looking for a permanent Administration Assistant to join their busy team.
The role is to complete all production documentation accurately and in line with company procedures. You will be booking in completed jobs from the production department, processing returned and rejected stock to the warehouse team and all other associated adhoc duties.
- You will have excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience of using SAP/ERP systems would be an advantage
- Excellent numeracy and organisational skills are required
- You will have a hands-on approach, happy to be actively involved in all aspects of the production process
- Experience working in Production, Assembly Line and Supply Chain is preferred
You will be willing and able to undertake manual handling/bending/lifting and reaching as part of your normal daily duties
- Salary: £14,235 per annum
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) + 1 day extra holiday for each year of service completed
- A set allowance per year to spend on the company's products at a reduced price
