Your new company:

You'll be working for an up and coming global IT software company situated in South West London, our client is a growing business which is going from strength to strength and are now looking to recruit a new Billings Assistant into their finance team.

Your new role:

You'll join the small finance team and report directly into the Senior Billings Controller, where you will be providing support and processing all the new sales orders and client renewals along with associated administrative tasks, receiving and reconciling incoming payments, resolving billing and customer credit issues, raising the sales ledger invoices and chasing customers for the overdue and outstanding debts.

What you'll need to succeed:

In order to succeed in this job role you must be comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information. You're be able to work in a collaborative and inclusive manner with both colleagues, senior members of staff and clients. You will have a strong work ethic and show a proactive approach. Additionally, you must be hard working and have strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate need to have a minimum of 2 years experience as a billing specialist/or a credit controller and have excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel), and have previous experience using a subscription billing platform.
