Accounts Payable Clerk - (Temp-Perm Opportunity)

Do you have at least 2-3 years experience in Accounts within the Accounts Payable area? Do you want to work for an exciting Architect & Design company responsible for some of the best buildings & venue's in the World?

A great opportunity has arisen to work for this very creative firm on a temp to perm basis, who are based in South West London. The company are on target to have another exceptional year and are extremely busy working on various exciting projects.

This will be a varied role and you will enjoy completing duties which include:

  • Receive and record invoices from suppliers
  • Process the invoices and attach that information to the relative project or department for job costing and financial statement purposes
  • Match and file invoices with their matching receipts
  • Make sure invoices are approved in time to meet established payment cycle
  • Work in accordance with the payment process outlined by the Finance Manager
