Our client is looking for Call Handler Transport Service to join their team in the Contact Centre based near Otterbourne, Hampshire.
You must be able to efficiently take and record all incoming telephone calls as appropriate to their nature; requesting non-urgent ambulance transport, from a vast array of callers.
Successful candidates must have customer service experience and have excellent attention to detail.
We have various full time positions covering weekends, nights and evenings with shift lengths of 8, 10 and 12 hours.
