Meridian Business Support currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to work for one of our busy clients based in Mansfield

Your duties in this role will be the following below;

  • Maintaining costings standards
  • Keep on top of price changes and alterations to standard specifications
  • Comparing costings / answering queries regarding costs
  • Managing biannual stock takes
  • Dealing with auditors
  • Valuing work in progress
  • Assist to value raw material
  • Help with the preparation of monthly profit analysis

Skills Required;

  • You must be IT / computer literate with proven excel experience
  • Focused, detail orientated
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good maths skills
  • willing to commit to / looking for a long term position
  • Ability to work under own initiative

This role is a temp to perm position for the right candidate salary is negotiable depending on experience must have previous experience in a similar role
