Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting for an accounts administrator to work for a local client based in the Taunton area. This is initially a 6 month contract.
The role will require a variety of administrative and finance based tasks to support the accounts and business support teams. This includes collection of payments, processing payments and chasing up outstanding debts from clients. There will also be database inputting and statistical data gathering for the accounts team.
You will also be dealing with any incoming enquiries to the accounts team by phone call or email as well as monitoring stock levels for stationary and placing new orders.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate strong administration skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication. You will be working as part of a team but will have your own tasks to complete within timescales.
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay: Dependent on Experience £7.50 - £9.00 per hour.
