Accounts Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a small manufacturing company based in Taunton, this is a 12 month maternity contract.

Duties Include:

  • Credit/Debtor control
  • Purchase, Sales, Nominal & cash ledger entries
  • Bank Payments
  • VAT returns
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Expenses
  • Purchasing
  • Attendance booking
  • Reception duties
  • Other administrative duties


  • Experience of working within an Accounts based role is required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Confident with a professional telephone manner
  • Good organisation skills
  • Ability to work well within a team

Working 30 hours a week although days and hours can be flexible to cover this.

Pay rate is £8 - £9 per hour depending on experience.
