An Accounts Administrator with excellent ability with Excel is required for this successful and highly attractive organisation in Exeter. I am delighted to be recruiting for this innovative and forward thinking organisation.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join an Account Support team to provide administrative and financial support to the team, the core management team and to provide other general administration to the wide business unit.
You will be responsible for general administration duties to include contributing to the development of the templates and user guides, maintaining filing and archiving, managing mailboxes and teleconference details, assisting with the completion of forms, imputing and maintaining team data. You will also assist the team with the collation and distribution of monthly reports, updating spreadsheets and raising invoices and support staff with sales invoicing.
- Experienced administrator with good IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Access, Excel and Word).
- You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to organise your own workload whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous experience of using databases is essential with an awareness of commercial contracts, purchase orders and other commercial items.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours
