Are you a hardworking, driven sales professional with proven experience in media advertising sales both in print and digital?
We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager based at a successful, leading international media group. You will be responsible for selling display and classified advertising packages for a leading brand as part of a friendly and dynamic team. In this exciting opportunity you will manage an existing client base, as well as grow the market share developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities as an Account Manager - Media Sales:
- Sell display and classified advertising
- Manage the existing client base
- Grow display and classified market share within the sales territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Review and monitor competitor publications, exhibitions, websites - identifying new leads
- Contact existing and potential clients by phone, email and face-to-face
- Visit exhibitions and conferences to make contact with existing and potential clients
- Produce reports as requested
Requirements of an Account Manager - Media Sales:
- Experience hitting and exceeding sales targets in a sales environment
- Experience in both print and digital advertising sales
- Track record of building strong working relationships with clients
- Experience of selling onto and using recruitment platforms is ideal
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
