Do you know much about data and how having the right data works? Perhaps you even have a working knowledge of data mining tools and CRM systems from a previous role? We are looking for an Account Manager to compliment this highly successful and driven Account Management team.
Your role will be to co-ordination of all the customers needs and you will be conversing with them daily via email and the telephone; so excellent communication skills are a must. Dealing with account requests either yourself or handing these over to the technical team to execute (if you don't have the technical know-how), you will personally ensure queries with products and services are dealt with swiftly and effectively.

As a keen developer of business you will be looking for opportunities to up-sell the businesses services to your clients but this will be in a consultative and soft capacity, there are no hard sales involved. So if your sales style is hard and only target driven in experience, please do not apply. This would not be a good fit for the business.
You will be given full training and support from the Team and the Account Directors pride themselves on ensuring you have all the knowledge and resources to do your job as Account Manager really well.
Basic is between £20,000 - £22,000 but there is a very generous commission structure (all will be explained on application)
