Account Executive / Customer Advisor

Established over 20 years ago, this company provides specialised services to a wide range of Clients. With national coverage and a leading reputation within their field, the company provides excellence of service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Taking incoming calls from a range of customers
  • Logging calls and using a CRM system to facilitate processing of orders, administration and other documentation.
  • Multi-tasking, using a high degree of accuracy and working together within a team.
  • Running priority lists and qualifying jobs,
  • Booking hours for finishers.

Preferred Skills:

  • A demonstrable background within a call centre/customer services environment would be beneficial however if you have other customer facing skills in a busy environment, you will also be considered.
  • Experience of taking incoming calls, order processing and speaking to a wide variety of customers
  • Experience of using a database system, strong keyboard skills and the ability to multi-task!
  • Ability to think on your feet and have an understanding of ownership.
  • Ability to deal with complaints in a professional manner.

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5pm Monday - Friday + one Saturday Morning per Month (8am - 12pm)
