1st Line Support Technician
1st Line Support Technician required to ensure customer enquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner, delivering a world class customer service experience, ensuring the Zendesk call logging system is used to record and control all enquiries and their prioritised resolution. Assist the 2nd Line and Application Delivery teams with the investigation of customer affecting bugs and issues.
Salary up to £18K dependant on experience
