If you have a background within Administration and Coordinator, with an eye for detail and the ability to follow process then this position could be your next role. You will work within the Shipping department at the leading Helicopter Manufacture in Yeovil completing Export Administration. You don’t need to have a background in Shipping however, you need to have the transferable administrative experience and the willingness to learn and train in the role. Duties Include: Ensure that exports of spares and repairs on a worldwide basis to both the Company’s Customers and Suppliers are dispatched within agreed service level and sales order due date along with the correct documentation. Production of export documents that are compliant to H M Revenue & Customs & Department for Business Innovation & Skills regulations. Communication with both the Company’s preferred Freight Forwarders and Customers nominated agents. This will involve booking freight for dispatch via airfreight, sea freight and road freight ensuring that shipments arrive with customers and suppliers within agreed service levels. Ensure documents are in accordance with the regulations are dispatched via Fedex on a daily basis. To act as point of contact for queries from various internal departments and communicate response in an efficient and timely manner. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding the delivery solution of their transportation needs. This position is an ongoing temporary role, working 37 hours a week paying £12.00 an hour. There is an option for a split between working in the office and working from home.
