Overtime is available after 37.5 hrs, evening work, Saturdays and Sundays are also on offer. Are you a marketing graduate with strong writing skills and experience using a MAC? We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a well established engineering company based in Leicester on a permanent basis! This is a permanent role with a salary of £27-30k per annum working Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, and Fridays finish at 3pm!! Benefits includes 28 days annual leave, contributory pension of 7.5%, Christmas Shutdown, free parking and canteen. As Marketing Executive, you will be working closely with the Marketing Manager writing and issuing new stories and editorial for the press, producing website copy and maintaining the website using CMS. Creating social media posts, and organising social media campaigns, producing content for brochures, leaflets and the in-house company newsletter will also form part of your role. In addition, you will be liasing with designers and printers, sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press as well as contributing to develop the marketing plan and strategy and providing regular market and competitor research and analysis to the business. We are keen to hear from applicants with a business or marketing related qualification with experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies. You will be a proficient MAC user with the good knowledge of website CMS, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop as well as MS Office. Strong technical writing ability is required with a sounding understanding of marketing principles and effective project management skills. You will be a creative thinker with a natural ability to build good working relationships with a “make it happen” attitude!
