The Marketing Manager supports the head of marketing in developing branding and product marketing plans. Strong understanding of academic market trends, technologies, and integration strategies. Sound digital marketing skills covering email, social, and webpage creation Well versed in understanding marketing strategy and translating into marketing plans Good financial analysis skills Good understanding and ability to contribute usefully to product development in all its phases Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Desirable Criteria Work Experience/Technical Skills Experience within sales or marketing of library or digital products Experience working in publishing Experience using different marketing software such as Eloqua, Workfront, InDesign

They are looking for Retention & Telesales Advisors to join their team on a Permanent basis. We are looking for people with a sales or call centre background with some knowldege of KPI's and sales targets.
