This is a a lovely part time role working in a beautiful showroom based in Taunton, walking distance of the main shopping area, within the Customer Care team as administrative support to the Warranty Specialist.
The role will involve a lot of data entry and the updating of details and databases with customer information and warranty details. As well as dealing with any queries which arise within this and supporting the warranty team with any other administrative tasks as required.
Successful candidates will need previous administration experience and must be able to update computer databases with a high level of accuracy. Attention to detail, efficiency and patience are essential qualities as well as a good understanding of all Microsoft applications specifically Excel, Word and Outlook and strong computer and data entry skills.
Working up to 20 hours per week, ideally over 2.5 days but the days can be flexible each week, this role is to start immediately.
This is initially on a temporary contract for approximately 4 - 6 weeks but could be extended after this time depending on workload.
Rate of pay is between £8.50 and £9.50 per hour dependant on experience.
