TEMPORARY ROLE - 40 HOURS WEEK – £9.22 – FULL TRAINING GIVEN
 We are looking to recruit Warehouse Pallet Ninja Operatives to support our team for an exciting opportunity based in Banbury.
  • Contracted to 40 hours per week
  • £9.22ph - Hourly Rate
  • £13.83 – overtime rate after 40 hours
  • Working any 4 out of 7 Days on a fixed shift pattern to include weekend work:
    • Friday to Monday – 06:00 – 17:00
 As warehouse operative you will be required to complete various warehouse duties , Ensuring Quality is of the highest standards whilst also using the aid of handheld management device and Reach Truck to complete tasks.
The Role:
  • Completing a number of manual handling tasks, with and without the use of MHE.
  • Ensuring the picking, assembling, relocation and dispatching of stock is completed to the required standard.
  • Completing tasks using a handheld warehouse management device.
  • Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods.
  • Contributing towards our culture of trust, respect and togetherness.
The Person must be:
  • Preferred previous experience of working in a multi-temperature environment.
  • Friendly and helpful, keen to contribute and add value to the site.
  • Motivated and committed.
  • Driven with high personal standards.
  • Flexible – Shifts require weekend work as the depot operates 24/7.
  • Ability to meet targets within set timescales, ensuring we always meet the customer’s service requirements.
  • The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information.
  • Naturally curious, willing to learn and develop.
