Meridian are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our well established branch in Wakefield.
This is an exciting position for a driven individual to develop, learn & grow within the business.
Experience in the recruitment industry is not required, as full training is provided to support you to be successful in a recruitment environment. The ideal candidate will be a well presented and highly motivated team player who is:
- Able to build relationships and rapport with colleagues, clients and prospect clients
- Confident, with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Driven & determined to succeed and achieve targets
- Able to negotiate and drive sales
- Resilient, flexible and able to thrive in a challenging environment
Cold Calling prospective Clients to sell Meridian's services
Warm Calls to existing Clients to ensure all SLA's are being met
Face to Face Meetings with clients of all levels.
